The Alpenhof is located in the next town after Grünau, in Scharnstein. It is located 9.5 km from the ski area. Scharnstein is also the village where the larger supermarket can be found. The house is on the river Alm, has a large garden with sauna and garden room for general use, an ideal stay for 2 friendly families.

The 2 apartments are located on the first and second floor and can accommodate 4-6 people. Both apartments consist of a living room with an open kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The apartment on the second floor has 1 bedroom, that on the second floor has two.
