Combine theory and practice

Are you a college student looking for a challenging and varied internship? At PBN Sport & Adventure, you will have the opportunity to gain work experience within the Marketing & Sales, Project Preparation and HR departments. You will not only learn the theory behind organizing and selling events, but you will also actively get to work in practice.

What will you do?

Marketing & Sales
You will learn how to effectively promote and sell events. You will develop and execute marketing strategies to reach and enthuse our target audiences.

Project Preparation
You will gain insight into the logistical preparation of events. You will be involved in planning, organizing and coordinating all necessary materials.

HR
You will be introduced to human resource management within an event organization. From recruitment and selection to supporting employees during our events.

Learning by Doing - 50/50 internship structure

At PBN, we believe in learning by doing. That's why your internship consists of two equal parts:

50% Office
You work on event sales, preparation and planning. Theory is applied directly in practice.

50% Practice
You will rotate through our events and experience firsthand what goes into organizing successful programs. This hands-on experience strengthens your understanding and skills.
