MBO internship

Are you an MBO student looking for a versatile internship? At PBN we offer you the chance to gain valuable experience during various events. Every event is different, so no day is the same. You will be involved in various activities, from school camps in the Ardennes to beach fields days at pavilion Nova Zembla and parties on the Fort Island.

What will you do?

• Supervising activities: You are actively involved in guiding and instructing participants during various events.
• Materials Management: Prior to activities, you will help prepare the necessary materials.
• Hospitality: You will welcome guests, explain the activities and ensure the smooth running of the day.
• Catering and cleanup: In addition to the activities, you will also be involved in catering and cleanup after the event.

Personal guidance

For each event, you will be assigned a regular supervisor. Together with this internship supervisor, you will draw up a plan for the day:

• Daily schedule and learning objectives: Decide what activities you will supervise and what learning objectives you want to achieve.
• Evaluation: At the end of the day, you will evaluate the experience together and set new goals for the rest of your internship period.

More than just events

In addition to the experience during the events, you will also learn about:

• Equipment maintenance: How to properly maintain and prepare equipment for use.
• Office duties: You will shadow in the office to gain an understanding of the administrative and organizational side of our events and to fulfill your school assignments.
