Besides organizing events, PBN is the training provider for anyone who wants to become an all-round outdoor instructor. Our VeBON-certified training, including an accompanying internship, makes you versatile at all outdoor sports companies.

The outdoor instructor training consists of two parts, a Dutch and a Belgian part. If you only follow the part in the Netherlands, you will be trained as an event instructor. This means that after completing the covered parts and an internship, you can immediately start working with adventure activities at our locations in the Netherlands. It is a perfect stepping stone towards becoming a full outdoor instructor, where you can immediately put the knowledge you have gained into practice.

Because the event instructor training is an integral part of the full outdoor instructor training program, you can easily advance to the complete program after the first part.
