Ski resort Kasberg
Welcome to the “Schneeloch.” That’s what they call Kasberg in Grünau im Almtal. It’s an area with excellent snow conditions, despite its low elevation. Since the summit of the Kasberg is only 1,743 meters high, you remain below the tree line. This makes it very safe from avalanches. There are plenty of kilometers to ski, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced winter sports enthusiast.
• 23 kilometers of slopes for all skill levels (from blue to black)
• 14 lifts with no lines
• Regular events such as Kasbergkocht or the Bassmountain Festival
In addition to the slopes, there are several ski touring routes, snowshoeing options, and a large fun park.
