TeamPBN is at the heart of everything we do at PBN. This team brings not only energy and quality, but also personal attention to all of our events. What began as a group of athletic, enthusiastic and adventurous instructors has grown into a close-knit club of friends.

At PBN, the fun doesn't stop after the events. We are committed to ongoing development through athletic and educational workshops, always emphasizing fun and togetherness. Fun remains an essential part of who we are and what we do.

TeamPBN

Outdoor Instructor

As an outdoor instructor you will challenge your group during the day or week in different activities. You are enthusiastic, enjoy being in front of the group and teaching people something and you are versatile. You take your group in tow during mountain biking, climbing, abseiling and canoeing, but also during teamwork assignments and sports & games activities. You take care of the activities in a safe way and challenge everyone at his or her own level to push his or her limits. Event Supervisor

As an event supervisor, you will supervise teamwork and sports and games activities. The great thing about this job is that you can start immediately without any training. Catering

The catering team is indispensable at every event and this position also allows you to start working immediately. You make sure everyone is provided with a drink or snack. With a big smile on your face you help people from behind the bar, barbecue or buffet. When the group has left the room you make sure everything is cleaned up and ready for the next break. Ski/snowboard instructor

During the Christmas and spring vacation weeks we organize winter sports trips to Grünau im Almtal. Giving families a carefree winter sports vacation is what PBN does there. Children who take ski and snowboard lessons at PBN get a Dutch-speaking teacher with at least Anwärter education level. Grünau im Almtal is the perfect area to teach: clear, child-friendly and a good practice area. Working at the Office

Marketing & Sales

PBN's sales department has the important task of filling the agenda. The employees in this department are engaged in active sales promotions, can respond well to the wishes of a customer and know better than anyone else how to link the right program to it. In addition, they are responsible for all marketing and promotional actions and each employee is responsible for a number of regular relations. They know what the market needs, are creative and know how to translate these needs into innovative programs.

Project Preparation

After an event is sold, this project comes to the preparation department. The project preparer makes sure that everything is prepared and organized down to the last detail. For example, they are the ones who have contact with the client about the final details of the program. They make sure that all wishes, details and particulars are known, so that the customer's expectation matches what we offer. The project preparers place all orders, create necessary schedules for the day, transfer all information to the parties involved, and figure out how many and what kind of personnel are needed. In addition to the preparatory work, the team in this department is responsible for the venues and materials and are always developing the existing programs.

Personnel & organization

The HR department is the dynamic heart of PBN concerning everything related to personnel. The HR employee has good people skills, knows where the qualities of all PBN employees lie and knows how to match them with the events. Scheduling staff is a big part of their job. In addition, they are the point of contact for the employees, responsible for recruitment and selection and the fun outings for the staff are organized from the HR department. Furthermore, they also deal with the training and refresher courses for the team.

Administration

The administration department ensures that all invoices are sent to our customers on time, payments are processed and purchase invoices from suppliers are paid. They are responsible for all accounting. They are also responsible for PBN's vans and insurance.
