New on the Fort Island

Especially for teams and trainers, we have expanded the options for team development programs at the Fort Island to include our Teamwork Room.

In this space we can go into the theoretical background of team collaboration, through Belbin's team roles and Insights. More importantly, we'll get down to practical work. Learning by doing. With collaboration assignments in which getting to know and develop the team members and the team are central. What qualities are there? How can we best use them? And what link can we make to the work situation?

In addition to the assignments in the Teamwork Room, the Fort Island offers several team and boundary-pushing activities to complete the day. These activities are a great way to provide quick insight and strengthen teams.

Depending on the objectives, we will create a customized program in consultation and choose the activities that best fit them.
