Here’s what you can expect:
• Your Belbin Report: Discover your top personal roles, pitfalls, and concrete development tips at a glance.
• 360° Assessment: A quick, online questionnaire for in-depth self-insight and valuable feedback from those around you.
• Time commitment: You’ll complete the questionnaire yourself in 15 to 30 minutes. Colleagues or managers will spend just 5 minutes providing the 360° feedback. The interactive team session lasts 1 day.
• Application: Ideal for smart team building, leadership development, and constructively preventing conflicts.
• The result: A rock-solid team with a concrete action plan, an optimal division of roles, and clear agreements on improvements.

Where does the training take place?
We tailor the team training sessions entirely to your needs. For example, opt for a unique experience on Forteiland IJmuiden: a historic setting where you and your team can truly get away from it all. Would you rather stay at your own location? No problem. With our teamwork box, we’re just as happy to come to you. Why Belbin

Belbin’s team role model was developed in the 1970s by British scientist Raymond Meredith Belbin. His central philosophy is: “No one is perfect, but a team can be.” Belbin discovered that successful teams aren’t simply made up of the smartest people, but rather of a mix of different personalities. An ideal team role strikes a balance between a person’s natural qualities and the pitfalls that inevitably come with them. By skillfully combining these nine complementary roles, you can avoid blind spots and help a team perform at its best.

Learning by Doing

Teamwork models offer insight and inspiration, but they don’t automatically guarantee better collaboration and communication. You have to practice this, because learning by doing is the key. Theory is useful, but experiences stick better. That’s why it’s important to talk less and experience more. Practical exercises with a clear goal and measurable impact ensure lasting results and give teams the opportunity to make mistakes without risk and learn from them. After each exercise, teams can formulate resolutions and apply them immediately in the next assignment. This creates a steep learning curve and leads to tangible progress. In short
