Improve communication and collaboration within the team. During the DISC training, we provide insight into your own behavior and that of others, and we teach you how to use that insight to your advantage.

• Focus on personal communication and behavior.
• Learn to identify and recognize the 4 DISC behavioral styles.
• Behavioral analysis you can apply right away.
• Learn to adapt your communication style to get on the same page with your colleagues.

Practical information about the DISC method.

Here’s what you can expect:
• DISC-accredited teamwork trainers from PBN.
• QuickScan DISC – gain insight into your own role in advance.
• An intensive day at the Nova Zembla Pavilion, including active learning activities to clarify DISC colors and associated behaviors.
• Insight into team composition and how to optimize it.
• New insights and agreements for the future to ensure success as a team.

Where does the training take place?
We tailor the team training sessions entirely to your needs. For example, opt for a unique experience on Forteiland IJmuiden: a historic setting where you and your team can truly get away from it all. Would you rather stay at your own location? No problem. With our teamwork box, we’re just as happy to come to you. And for those who really want to make an impact, it’s also possible to integrate this Belbin training into an inspiring, multi-day program in the Belgian Ardennes.

DISC is a popular and practical model that provides insight into a person’s observable behavior and communication style.
.
The 4 DISC styles and colors

• Dominance (Red): Direct, goal-oriented, decisive, and enjoys challenges.
• Influence (Yellow): Enthusiastic, optimistic, sociable, and persuasive.
• Stability (Green): Calm, loyal, patient, driven by harmony, and team-oriented.
• Conscientiousness / Conformity (Blue): Careful, analytical, precise, and quality-oriented.
Almost no one is purely one style. Most people have a unique mix of these four components, with one or two styles being the most dominant.

Why DISC

The model helps you understand how you communicate, how you come across to those around you, and how you can collaborate more effectively with others. DISC does not measure personality, intelligence, or fixed traits, but focuses solely on behavior in a specific context.

Learning by Doing

The DISC model offers insight and inspiration, but it doesn’t automatically guarantee better collaboration and communication. You have to practice this, because learning by doing is the key. Theory is useful, but experiences stick with you better. That’s why it’s important to talk less and experience more. Practical exercises with a clear goal and measurable impact ensure lasting results and give teams the opportunity to make mistakes without risk and learn from them. After each exercise, teams can formulate action plans and apply them immediately in the next assignment. This creates a rapid learning curve and leads to tangible progress. In a nutshell
